While that may seem well and good for practicing monks and yogis, finding time to meditate on a daily basis may seem unreachable for those of us in the western world, with our endless to-do lists and emails.' Anna Patrick.
For many of us, just thinking about the next moment is our prerogative in the present moment.
However, we know that meditation is good for us. We see it time and time again. So how then, can the 'busy person' incorporate meditation into the already overfilling schedule? Try a coffee meditation. Or perhaps this shower meditation tomorrow morning:
Remember, there is no right or wrong way to practice.
Meditation is any act by which we relax the body and calm the mind.
Any attempt to do so is better than nothing.
